1. Who is responsible for your data?
This website is hosted using services provided by:
Hostinger International Ltd.
61 Lordou Vironos Street,
6023 Larnaca,
Cyprus
When you access the website, the hosting provider may process technical data required to deliver and secure the site. These data may include:
IP address and requested URL;
date and time of access;
browser, operating system, referrer, and user-agent information;
HTTP status code and volume of data transferred.
The purpose is to provide a stable and secure website, diagnose errors, and protect the service against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are reliable website operation and information security. Where processing is required to initiate or perform a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply.
Server logs are retained only as long as necessary for security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. They are deleted or anonymized once they are no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required to investigate a security incident or comply with legal obligations.
2. Website hosting and server logs
If you contact Managed Life through a form or by email, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, message, and related communication data. Please do not send sensitive personal, medical, or financial information.
We use these data to receive, assess, and respond to your message. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. The legitimate interest is responding to genuine messages about Managed Life.
Contact data are deleted when the enquiry has been resolved and no further retention is reasonably necessary, subject to legal record-keeping duties and the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Email updates
If you actively subscribe to Managed Life updates, we process your email address and, where recorded, the date, time, IP address, and confirmation status of the subscription. The purpose is to send occasional information about Managed Life, including new guides, tools, and project updates.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where legally required, a double opt-in process should be used to verify the subscription. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting themanagedlife@outlook.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
The newsletter is not done by any external provider. Subscription data are retained until you unsubscribe, after which limited evidence of consent may be retained where necessary to meet legal obligations or defend against claims.

Some of the service providers used to operate Managed Life may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). We select service providers based on their published privacy, security, and data-processing documentation and, where available, their applicable data-processing terms.
We do not control each processing location used by those independent providers. The exact locations, international transfers, and safeguards may depend on the provider and the service configuration and may change over time. Further information is available in the privacy and data-processing documentation of the relevant providers listed in this policy.
Where required under applicable data-protection law, providers state that they use recognised transfer mechanisms, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. We may retain certain information for longer where required by tax, commercial, or other statutory retention rules, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
